John Fullerton is the owner and director of Melbourne Building Consulting Pty Ltd. Historical Experience – John brings more than 30 years of practical building knowledge that he gained as a former Registered Builder and has extensive building knowledge in renovations, repairs and the construction of new domestic dwellings including luxury homes. He has also lectured and taught at Swinburne TAFE College in building & construction, carpentry and business management. Current Experience -John is a currently qualified and Registered Building Practitioner (RBP) Building Inspector IN L 22555 and Independent Building Consultant. He offers a vast benefit to the insurance and building industries. As an independent building consultant John has personally attended more than 1500 insurance claims in the past 6 years. John is also member of the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors. Availability- John will attend insurance building losses within Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales on behalf of loss adjusters and insurance companies, to assist in the claims process. He provides credible value adding independent advise that assists the insurance companies and repair contractors in the resolution of building insurance claims and re instatement of buildings. Mandatory building inspections – John carries out mandatory building inspection of all Class 1 &10 buildings for Private Building Surveyors or Municipal Building Surveyors.
